Very rare, high grade, Dahae of Choresmia, scyphate silver hemi-drachm, Seleukian inspired Archer Series, 250-130 BC. Scythian style head of King Tavr'aka the Dahaean, Aramaic legend. Reverse, archer standing facing with bow and spear.

Nice looking with light toning. The Dahae were a Scythian tribe in the east Caspian lowlands. I was a collector for about 35 years. I generally reduce the price on each item once a month, until it sells. I try to be conservative in my grading and rarity ratings.
