Mint Unsmoked Very Rare Tonino Jacono Queen Grade Billiard Estate pipe

All of my "used" pipes go through all, or some of these steps. Some steps are not necessary on all pipes. About my cleaning and polishing process: I have come up with a method to clean pipes and stems that I will complete on many of the pipes that I sell. I run the stems through a process to remove as much oxidation as possible and then hand polish to get them back to as close to an original finish as possible. The exterior of the bowls are thoroughly cleaned and coated with a very light oil to protect the finish and bring back the natural characteristics of the wood. The interior of the bowl is hand reamed only to remove the thick cake that might have been built up over time. I leave the bowl clean with only a trace of cake or buildup that would represent how a regularly cleaned bowl would look.
