1882H Hong Kong 20C graded by NGC at AU details OBV scratched very rare coin

As someone who have been collecting Hong Kong 20c series for over 40 years. I know how difficult is the 1882H 20c to find. I would like to highlight that this coin is not submit to NGC grading by me. This coin is graded by NGC at AU details OBV scratched.
